I posted this same review to FB also. Brian was amazing, professional, and prompt and calmed me during a very stressful time with mom. He and Trevor were awesome when they installed the chair and made sure my 97 year old mother knew how to operate it--very patient! Brian came out the same day to assess my problem with my chair lift. Within one week Brian had my new chair lift up and run. Brian took his time and explained how to use the chair and all the bell and whistles. Then, he call me later that evening to see if everything was working. After my grandmother was released from rehab, mobility was hard to find for what she needed. She was in physical therapy learning to walk again, her house had stairs that were not accessible. My mom heard about Freedom Mobility through facebook, after speaking to Brian, Trevor was quick to do a consultation for my grandma’s stairs. The price for a stairlift was not expensive at all, not to mention, affordable. Within a week my grandma was back to going up and down her stairs. Being able to use her walker when she got off of the stairlift and it even helped her learn how to sit up and down again during physical therapy!! After some internet research, we decided on a Stannah chairlift.  We were put in touch with Freedom Mobility and were promptly contacted by the owner, Brian.  In less than 2 weeks our Stannah chairlift was expertly installed and operating!  Brian is very knowledgeable of his product.  He made excellent suggestions and gave us options, and he is very concerned for safety.  Brian and his associate, Trevor, arrived on time for the day of installation and got to work right away.  The job was done by late afternoon.  The area was left clean as if there had been no construction work done.  We had a little “kink” to work out, but it was quickly taken care of.  We were very impressed with the service we received.  Both of these young men were very courteous and kind, and totally professional.  I highly recommend Freedom Mobility.
